Fatal crash on western Wisconsin highway
Two individuals were killed and another was injured in a collision that took place in western Wisconsin on Tuesday afternoon. The Pierce County Sheriff's Office reported that the incident occurred on Highway 63 near 770th Street in Trenton Township just before 4 p.m when two vehicles going in opposite directions collided. One of the passengers, Betty Buck, aged 77, lost her life at the scene, while the driver sustained injuries that are currently under evaluation in the hospital. The driver of the other vehicle, Jena Klos, aged 43, was transported to Regions Hospital in St. Paul and sadly passed away there. Numerous agencies responded to the accident scene which took place in Trenton Township, located near the border of Red Wing, Minnesota.
