Fatal crash on I-40 claims life of Guthrie man
OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla (KFOR) — A Guthrie man was killed in a crash Saturday evening along Interstate 40 in Oklahoma County, according to the officials. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirms the crash happened around 7:40 p.m. on eastbound I-40 just west of the Kickapoo Turnpike.The driver was confirmed as 28-year-old Nolan Anderson. Anderson was traveling east when his vehicle left the roadway to the right for an unknown reason.OHP confirms the vehicle then struck a bridge support before coming to a rest.Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene. OHP says the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
