Fatal crash leaves one teenager dead, woman in critical condition in Montgomery County
A tragic car crash in Montgomery County resulted in the death of a 15-year-old girl and has left a 20-year-old woman in critical condition. The incident occurred on Lockwood Drive near Brunt Mills Road around 11:20 a.m. on January 14. A white Lexus GS350 lost control, colliding with another vehicle and then a pole. The teenage girl passed away at the scene while the 20-year-old woman remains critically injured. A third woman in the same vehicle suffered minor injuries, and an 18-year-old male driver sustained minor injuries but did not require hospitalization. Fortunately, the driver of the second vehicle was unharmed. The Montgomery County Police Department's Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the crash, and more details, including the name of the deceased, will be shared once next of kin have been notified.
