Fatal crash in Monroe Township, New Jersey, caused by a woman driving into water, according to police
A tragic incident occurred in Gloucester County, New Jersey, where a 26-year-old woman lost her life after her car skidded off the road and plunged into a small body of water. The Monroe Township Police responded to the scene on West Malaga Road and Bracken Drive following a report from a passing individual. They discovered a 2025 Kia Sportage submerged in the water with the driver trapped inside. The SUV was headed east on West Malaga Road when it slid off the icy road, causing it to overturn into the water. Sadly, the sole occupant of the vehicle, a resident of Franklin Township, did not survive the crash.
