Fatal crash in McDonald County claims life of Anderson man
MCDONALD COUNTY, Mo. — A crash in McDonald County claims the life of an Anderson man. It happened on Monday around 10:45 a.m. on Highway 76 near Anderson. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the driver of a Chevy Avalanche pick-up truck ran off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, and overturned. The only occupant in the truck was a 75-year-old man from Anderson. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and next of kin has been notified. This is the 8th fatality so far this year for MSHP Troop D.
