Fatal crash in Harnett County; Nursery Road reopens near Overhills Road, authorities report
A tragic two-vehicle collision in the Anderson Creek area of Harnett County resulted in the deaths of two individuals during the afternoon on Saturday. The incident occurred on Nursery Road near Overhills Road when a pickup truck crossed the centerline, crashing into an SUV in a head-on collision that ignited a fire. The drivers of both vehicles did not survive the crash. Emergency services and authorities were prompt in responding to the scene, with Nursery Road being closed for a considerable period.
