Fatal crash in Benton County leaves one woman dead, two injured
A fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred on Wednesday evening in Benton County, Missouri, resulting in the death of a 44-year-old woman from Lincoln. The incident involved a 2015 Ford F-450 pickup truck and a 2013 Ford Edge SUV. The crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol disclosed that the Ford F-450 truck veered into oncoming traffic on Route H and collided with the Ford Edge, leading to both vehicles going off-road. Tragically, the Ford Edge driver lost her life while an 11-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries. The driver of the Ford F-450 also incurred minor injuries and both were taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for medical attention. This marks the 44th fatality in MSHP Troop A for the year 2025.
