Pennsylvania State Police is investigating a fatal crash Tuesday morning that's clogging traffic on I-81 in Dauphin County. Trooper Megan Frazer told CBS 21 that a crash happened around 10:06 a.m. on I-81 just past the split near mile marker 71.
