In Escambia County, Florida, a fatal crash involving a pickup truck occurred on State Road 173 early Monday morning. The driver was killed when the Chevy Colorado failed to navigate a left curve and caught fire after striking a tree line. The crash, which occurred around 6:24 a.m. near Millview Road, did not involve any other vehicles or pedestrians. Due to the severity of the injuries, the driver's identification was not possible, and next of kin had not been notified as of Monday morning.
