Fatal bicycle accident with suspected drunk driver in Las Vegas.
A bicyclist was fatally struck by a vehicle early Sunday morning in northwest Las Vegas. The incident occurred around 7 a.m. near North Schaumburg Road and Grand Teton Drive, as reported by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police. The driver, identified as 69-year-old Charles Carter, was possibly impaired at the time of the collision. Carter was taken into custody on DUI-related charges. The bicyclist, who has not been identified, tragically passed away at the scene. The investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
