Fatal ATV Crash in Troy Saturday - KWKT
The Bell County Sheriff's office responded to a tragic ATV accident near Troy, Texas, on Saturday night that resulted in the loss of a 41-year-old man's life. The incident occurred in a pasture on Wolf Road, where the utility vehicle he was driving with two 19-year-old passengers struck a fence and rolled over. Despite the efforts of emergency responders from various departments, the driver was airlifted to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, where he later passed away from his injuries. The authorities, including Justice of the Peace Larry Wilkey, have notified the man's family, although his identity is being withheld out of respect. While not classified as a crash due to it not happening on a public road, the Sheriff's Office is conducting a death investigation, with no suspicion of criminal activity.
