Fatal accident with semi truck in Peotone
A tragic incident occurred in Peotone, Illinois, as a driver lost their life in a collision involving a semi-truck early Tuesday morning. The accident took place at the intersection of 104th Avenue and Wilmington-Peotone Road. Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly before 5:55 a.m. to find a two-vehicle crash involving a car and a semi-truck. Sadly, one of the drivers did not survive, and it has not been specified whether it was the driver of the car or the semi-truck. The road has been closed off from Center Road to Route 45 following the incident.
