Fatal accident on I-55 causes closure of northbound lanes
A fatal three-car collision occurred Thursday morning on the Stevenson Expressway, resulting in the closure of northbound traffic during rush hour. The incident took place at around 3:46 a.m. on the northbound lanes of I-55 near milepost 260 in Romeoville, as reported by the Illinois State Police.
