Fatal Accident on Boulder Highway in East Valley
A person was struck and died in an accident that forced the closure of a section of a significant highway in the eastern part of Las Vegas. Las Vegas Metro police reported the incident occurring on the northbound side of Boulder Highway at Missouri Avenue close to Tropicana Avenue at approximately 9 p.m. The individual was transported to a hospital and unfortunately succumbed to their injuries as confirmed by authorities. The northbound lanes of Boulder Highway at Missouri Avenue were swiftly closed after 9 p.m. on Wednesday to allow for the police inquiry. Motorists are urged to steer clear of the affected vicinity.
