Early-morning crash shuts down I-85 ramp near I-885 in Durham
DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A crash closed a ramp along a busy stretch of Interstate 85 in Durham early Monday morning. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the crash was reported around 3:25 a.m. on I-85 North near mile marker 178, close to Interstate 885. Officials said the ramp at Exit 178 to I-885 is currently closed. It’s expected to reopen around 7 a.m. Monday, NCDOT officials said. This is a developing story. Check back later for updates.
