Duson couple killed in I-10 motorcycle crash in Orange County, Texas
ORANGE COUNTY, Texas (KLFY) — A blowout on a three-wheeled motorcycle along Interstate 10 in Orange County, Texas killed a Duson couple earlier this morning, according to Texas Department of Public Safety (TDPS). The Texas Department of Public Safety said Michael Douvio, 71, the driver and Lynette Douvio,69, the passenger, both of Duson, were identified as the victims involved the fatal three-wheeled motorcycle crash on Interstate 10 in Orange County. The Texas Department of Public Safety are investigating a crash on Interstate 10 East near the 868 mile marker. According to TDPS, the investigation indicated around 10:40 a.m. earlier today, a Honda three-wheeled motorcycle towing a small trailer was allegedly traveling east when it sustained a blowout on the rear tire and struck the concrete barrier. TDPS said the driver and his passenger were ejected during the incident.
