DUI arrest made in deadly motorcycle crash in Anderson Co.
ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- A DUI arrest has been made following a fatal motorcycle crash on Apr. 22 in Anderson County. Bre-Anna Allece Bigby faces a charge of felony DUI involving death after the incident killed 33-year-old Cody Monroe Williams, of Belton. The collision occurred Wednesday, around 6:18 p.m. at the intersection of Broadway School Road and Cox Lake Road. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that a motorcycle operated by Williams was traveling west when the vehicle collided with a Honda CRV driven by Bigby traveling north on Cox Lake Road. Williams was transported to the hospital, where he died as a result of the crash. Bigby was booked into the Anderson County Detention Center, where she was denied bond.
