Drivers involved in fatal head-on collision were under the influence, coroner says

Two drivers who died in a head-on crash in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, last year were under the influence of drugs and alcohol, according to recently obtained coroner and toxicology reports.Anil Gajmer, 30, and Mahoghani Mills, 25, were both killed in the fiery collision on Colonial Road on Dec. 30.Documents show that Gajmer had a blood alcohol concentration of .290, which is more than three times the legal limit, and Mills tested positive for methamphetamine.
