Driver loses control, hits tree in Norfolk morning accident
NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- A single-vehicle crash occurred Sunday morning in the 200 block of West Brambleton Avenue after an adult female driver lost control of her sedan, according to officials. Norfolk Police were notified at around 5:18 a.m. The driver lost control of her vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway and strike a tree. There were two other passengers in the vehicle at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported. Alcohol appeared to be a contributing factor in the crash. The identity of the driver is undetermined at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
