Driver killed in IH-20 rollover accident in Reeves County
REEVES COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Anthonny Michael Zinn, 38 years old, died Friday evening after being ejected from his vehicle in a rollover accident. According to the Texas DPS, Zinn was traveling westbound on IH-20 before moving into the left lane after seeing his 2023 International Tow Truck begin smoking. Report say that Zinn overcorrected to the right, causing him to lose control and his vehicle to roll over. During that rollover, Zinn's load was ejected from the car, striking a second vehicle that was traveling westbound head-on. Zinn was taken to Odessa Regional Medical and was pronounced deceased by medical personnel. Miguel Alonso Hernandez, who was driving the other vehicle, only suffered minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
