Driver killed in head-on crash on East Main Street in Rochester

Rochester, N.Y. — Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened over the weekend in the Neighborhood of the Arts. Officers responded to East Main Street near Prince Street around 2:30 a.m. Sunday for a report of a crash with people trapped.
