Driver killed in head-on crash in Greater Cincinnati
HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A woman was killed in a head-on crash Thursday morning on State Route 177 in Butler County, according to the Butler County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said the crash happened just before 7 a.m. near Vizedom Road. Investigators said a 29-year-old woman driving a Kia Soul northbound crossed the center line and collided head-on with a Jeep Cherokee. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released her identity. The driver of the Jeep Cherokee was injured but took himself to a hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
