Driver identified after fatal head-on crash in Happy Valley
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Authorities have identified the woman who died Sunday afternoon after a head-on crash in Happy Valley. On Sunday, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the 10000 block of Southeast 172nd Avenue, where a Jeep Wrangler and a Honda Accord had crashed. The Jeep's driver was taken to a hospital in critical condition, and the Honda's driver was declared dead at the scene. On Tuesday, the Sheriff's Office identified the Honda's driver as Sheri Lynette Harrison, 48. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
