Driver hospitalized after Vermilion crash
A driver was hospitalized after an early morning collision in Vermilion on Monday. The accident occurred when a vehicle traveling west on Liberty Avenue failed to negotiate a curve, hitting a curb and then a utility pole and a tree. The driver, identified as 21-year-old Conner Reed Rutledge, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
