Driver arrested after vehicle crashes into Providence eatery
A Providence restaurant, Y Shabu Shabu, was hit by a car on Sunday night for the second time in less than a month. The incident occurred on West Fountain Street late at night when an orange SUV crashed into the building, causing significant damage. The driver, Juan Rodriguez, was arrested and charged with DUI and other traffic violations. The restaurant owner, Yixuan Han, arrived to secure the building after being notified by staff. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, but there was damage to the restaurant and the vehicle. This incident follows a hit-and-run at the same restaurant earlier in December.
