Delivery truck, motorcyclist involved in Rochester crash

Rochester, N.Y. — A motorcyclist was issued a traffic ticket after a crash Friday evening on the city's east side, according to the Rochester Police Department. The rider of the motorcycle, a 49-year-old Rochester man, collided with a delivery truck on Anderson Street around 5:35 p.m., police said. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The delivery truck driver was not hurt and no other injuries were reported. Police said alcohol and drugs were not a factor in the crash. No further details were released.
