Deadly motorcycle crash on Cape Cod under investigation
A motorcyclist died and another was injured in a Saturday morning crash in Sandwich, Massachusetts.The collision occurred on the eastbound side of Route 6 around 11:40 a.m., according to the Massachusetts State Police.One of the motorcycle operators was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. His identity is not being released at this time.The other motorcyclist sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Bourne barracks for questioning, according to police.It's unclear if any charges will be filed.All travel lanes were shut down for a short time while crews investigated the scene.
