Deadly hit-and-run shuts down East Capitol Street in Seat Pleasant
A pedestrian was tragically killed in a crash which has resulted in the closure of the westbound lane of East Capitol Street in Seat Pleasant, Md. The incident occurred around 7:10 p.m. on Thursday near East Capitol Street and Davey Street. The victim, a male pedestrian, sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene. The vehicle involved in the crash fled the scene.
