Deadly crash shuts down traffic along U.S. 95 near Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A man was killed in a single vehicle crash that shut down U.S. 95 near Las Vegas on Friday, according to the Nevada State Police. The crash occurred at 6:25 p.m. along U.S. 95 northbound at Snow Mountain just north of Las Vegas. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. All northbound U.S. 95 traffic was diverted off onto the US95/Snow Mountain off-ramp and will continue north onto the US95/Snow Mountain on-ramp to bypass this fatal crash, police said. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
