Tragically, a deadly car accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon on I-215 in Salt Lake City. The Utah Highway Patrol reported a crash involving a single Chevy SUV on I-215 West northbound at 300 North. As a result, the two right lanes have been closed and will remain so for the next two hours. According to UHP, the vehicle veered off the road and collided with a tree for reasons unknown. Regrettably, the female driver lost her life in the accident, while the male passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries. No additional information is currently available.
