The Dauphin County District Attorney said no charges will be filed in the death of 14-year-old Ryfeek Watson, who was hit and killed by a car on Derry Street in Harrisburg last month. The coroner said Watson was killed after being struck by a car. District Attorney Fran Chardo said, “After an extensive investigation, video showed Ryfeek entered the street in front of the car that struck him, and the driver had no time to stop.”Watson attended Rowland Academy, which is for 7th and 8th graders.
