Crews free driver from car that slammed into tree at 10th and Atkinson
A driver was rescued from a vehicle after a car crashed into a tree. The crash happened at North 10th Street and West Atkinson Avenue, just a couple of blocks from Interstate 43.News Chopper 12 was over the scene, showing the front end of the car smashed up."Looks like they had to bust the door off to get the driver out," Matt Salemme said. "They did call for extrication equipment in the original call." Interstate 43, a couple of blocks from the crash, was running smoothly.
