Crashes on I-480 east cause delays
(WJW) – Several crashes happened Thursday morning on I-480 East, slowing traffic in the area. Around 6:45 a.m. a crash was reported at Tiedeman Road, according to FOX 8’s Patty Harken. The right lane was blocked while crews cleaned up the crash. Minutes later, another crash was reported on I-480 eastbound before Ridge Road. The right lane was blocked there as well. As of 7:15 a.m., the backup in the area was significant. The crashes were officially marked as cleared on OHGO around 7:40 a.m. but slowdowns remained in the area. There is no word on what caused the crashes or if there are any injuries.
