Crash on NC 8 in Davidson County leaves 4 injured, 1 flown to hospital
Four individuals were hurt in a crash on NC 8 on Tuesday evening, as reported by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. The incident involved three vehicles at the intersection of NC 8 and City Lake Road. The driver of a GMC Envoy heading south on NC 8 attempted a left turn onto City Lake Road and collided with a Ford Mustang, which then hit a Dodge Durango. The Envoy and Mustang were significantly damaged, while the Durango had minor damage. The Envoy driver sustained severe injuries and was airlifted to a hospital outside the county, while the other three individuals had minor injuries. The crash is currently being investigated.
