Crash near Washington Bridge causes backup on I-195
A crash on I-195 near the Washington Bridge resulted in one injury and a miles-long backup, according to the Rhode Island State Police. The crash happened at around 1:45 p.m., and led to two lanes on I-195 westbound being blocked. According to the RISP, one person sustained minor injuries in the crash, and was taken to the hospital.
