MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- First responders are at the scene of a crash involving motorcycles on Interstate 40 and Sycamore View on Tuesday morning. Officers said the call came in around 730 a.m. According to TDOT's cameras, vehicles can be seen driving around what appears to be two motorcycles in the road, and traffic backed up for miles.
