Coroner identifies 2 killed in multi-car crash on I-81 in Dauphin County

The Dauphin County Coroner's Office has released the names of the two who died following a crash that caused extensive backups Tuesday on Interstate 81. Trevon Wallace, 28, of West Virginia, and Anthony Pena, 41, of Westmoreland County, both died as a result of multiple traumatic injuries caused by the crash, according to the coroner's office. Pennsylvania State Police said that, around 10 a.m., a Chevrolet van crossed several lines on I-81 before crashing into the trailer of another vehicle. Wallace and Pena were both in the van at the time of the crash. The right shoulder of the interstate was closed for several hours before eventually reopening.
