Congestion on Virginia Beach Blvd. after 2-vehicle crash
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police were called to a crash scene in the 3400 block of Virginia Beach Blvd. Thursday afternoon. A police spokesperson confirmed there were two vehicles involved in the crash, which is at the intersection with Rosemont Rd. One person is being treated for injuries considered not life-threatening. A VDOT traffic image from the scene taken around 3:45 p.m. shows major congestion in the area. Police said the way the cars were positioned caused the delay. There is no word at this time what caused the crash or if either driver was cited.
