Child, 6, killed in accident on I-64 East in Henrico

Another vehicle following behind attempted to avoid the collision but lost control, veering off the road, crashing through a guardrail, and hitting a tree down an embankment. The young boy, who was seated in the rear of the second vehicle without a seatbelt, tragically passed away at the scene after being partially ejected through the rear passenger-side window.
