Car flipped on side in two-vehicle crash on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge
(KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol Marin area office said officers responded to a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening on Interstate 580 eastbound on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. The collision shut down lanes 1 and 2, according to CHP Marin. CHP posted about the incident around 7:11 p.m. before announcing just after 7:20 p.m. that all lanes had reopened. A photo posted by CHP shows one of the involved vehicles on its side. No injuries have been reported. The cause of the crash is not yet clear.
