Car crashes through fence, into Washington County home
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A driver was arrested early Monday morning after crashing into a Washington County home. Just after midnight, the Washington County Sheriff's Office said that deputies responded to a crash at a home near the 8000 block of Southwest Garden Home Road. When authorities arrived, they said they found that a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with two people inside had crashed through a fence and into the back of a home. While investigating, officials said they learned the driver was intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .21, about 2.5 times the legal limit. The driver was arrested at the scene, and no injuries were reported. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
