Car crashes into Northwest Side business overnight
CHICAGO — Police are searching for answers on Wednesday morning after a car crashed into a business on the city's northwest Side overnight. According to police, the crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. in the 4800 block of West Montrose Avenue, in Portage Park. Officers were initially called to the scene on a report of a car crash in the area, and when they arrived, they found a Gray SUV partially inside a business. Officers said by the time they arrived, all of the vehicle's occupants had fled the scene. Currently, it is unclear what led ot the crash and an investigation is underway.
