Car crashes into Knoxville apartment building, driver cited
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — An apartment building in North Knoxville was heavily damaged following a car crash on Tuesday evening. No injuries were reported. The Knoxville Fire Department and police officers responded to the Meadowbrook Apartments on Lyons Way where a car crashed into the ground floor of the building. A police spokesperson said that the building sustained significant structural damage. The driver was cited for not having a drivers license.
