Car crashes into German embassy fence in DC
WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- Officials said that a car crashed into the German embassy's fence on Friday. The DC Fire and EMS Department (DCFD) said in a post just before 6:20 p.m. that a car crashed into an embassy fence in the 4500 block of Foxhall Rd. NW. Officials said that responders evaluated one juvenile girl, who was driving the car. She refused treatment and transport. DCFD turned the scene over to the U.S. Secret Service and the German embassy. DCFD said the incident appears to be accidental.
