Car crash closes both directions of Creedmoor Road near Norwood Road, NCDOT says
RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A crash along Creedmoor Road just north of Interstate 540 is causing heavy traffic. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation real time traffic map, a crash on Creedmoor Road near the Norwood Road intersection has closed the roadway in both directions. NCDOT said the crash happened at 5 p.m., and as of 8:25 p.m. expects the roadway to reopen at 9 p.m. The North Carolina State Highway Patrol said troopers are on scene investigating the crash.
