Calls for safety improvements following fatal Panorama City crash

Residents of Panorama City are urging for immediate action following a tragic hit-and-run accident that resulted in the deaths of three individuals last Friday at the intersection of Woodman Avenue and Terra Bella Street. Ola Walker, a long-time resident in the area, expressed her frustration with the lack of safety measures in place and called for enhancements to prevent further accidents. The victims of the crash were identified as Adrian Carrillo, Heybi Herrera-Bautista, and Clemente Meza Guerrero. Walker's concerns echo those of many residents who have witnessed numerous accidents at dangerous intersections throughout the community. Councilmember Imelda Padilla's office responded to the incident with a commitment to address traffic safety issues in the area. However, the driver involved in the hit-and-run has not yet been located, leaving the community anxious for updates.
