Bourbon man dies in late-night ATV crash in Crawford County
A Bourbon, Mo. man died in an ATV crash in Crawford County Friday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident happened at 11:40 p.m. on Ransom Road at Old Leasburg Road. According to the crash report, the 44-year-old man was operating a 2024 Polaris Sportsman and the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve. The ATV then travelled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree, ejecting the driver. The man was pronounced deceased on the scene. MSHP noted he was not wearing a helmet during the incident.
