Bond set for 87-year-old woman in deadly crash
WARREN, Ohio (WKBN)- A woman is due back in court next month after being charged in a deadly crash in Masury. Elspeth McKeag, 87, was arraigned on a vehicular manslaughter charge on Tuesday. State troopers say McKeag turned in front of a motorcycle on Addison Road last month, causing the crash. The driver, David Rice, 62, died at the scene. A passenger was injured. A judge set the bond at $5,000. McKeag is due back in court in May.
