Big rig crash spills rice in Yuba County, CHP officer creates a 'rice angel'
A big rig crashed in Yuba County on Wednesday, spilling a load of rice on the roadway.The crash was reported around 10:37 a.m. on Erle Road at Edgewater Circle in the Linda area, according to California Highway Patrol online logs.
