Bethlehem PD asking for public’s help in fatal crash investigation

(NEWS10) -- The Bethlehem Police Department is asking for the public's help as they continue to investigate a crash that killed a Delmar teenager last week. The incident reportedly occurred on Route 9W near Magee Road in Glenmont on April 27. According to police, an SUV was traveling southbound on Route 9W when it collided with a northbound motorcycle. The motorcycle operator, identified as 19-year-old Mason Ruggaber, was pronounced dead at the scene. Now, police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or have surveillance or dash camera video from the area. Anyone with information should contact the department's non-emergency line at 518-439-9973.
